Easter

Palm Sunday, 24th March

9:30am: We will be gather at Peterhouse Carpark and then from there to our church building where we will sing and partake of Holy Communion.

 

Monday 25th - Wednesday 27th of March

10:30am: Our Stations of the Cross will give a chance to reflect on Jesus' path to calvary. This will take place outside in our churchyard, weather permitting.

 

Maundy Thursday, 28th March

7:30pm - 9:00pm Maundy Thursday commemorates the Last Supper. After we have shared Holy Communion, there will be a washing of feet. We will then extinguish all the lights in the church and the altar will be stripped of its vestments.

Good Friday, 29th of March

11:00 - 12:00pm Family activities and Crafts Outside and Inside the Church

12:00pm: We will gather at the Peterhouse to process to our church building. The cross will be venerated and we will share a simple communion in one kind. After the service we will eat Hot Cross Buns!

Holy Saturday, 30th of March

10:00am onwards   Spring-cleaning in the Church

​

Easter Sunday, 31st of march

6:00 am: We rise early to greet Easter morning with a vigil around our firepit. We will share breakfast afterwards.

10:00 am: Alongside our celebratory Eucharist on Easter Day, Followed by an Easter Egg Hunt
