Tranquility Walk in Epping Forest
Spiritual but not religious? Looking to 'do' faith in a different way? This guided woodland walk will allow you to find peace and stillness.

Time & Location

London, 18 Woodford New Rd, London E17 3PP, UK
About the event
We will be meeting at St Peter-in-the-Forest before heading out... into the forest!
Led by Katriye Ibrahim, an experienced local meditation leader and nature lover, this walk will take us through the beauty of our local woodland. There will be stops along the way to find spiritual balance and attune your senses inwards and outwards. We will finish up back inside St Peter's with some simple exercises that help us keep the tranquility of the woods with us, and a chance to taste some herbal teas from locally foraged ingredients.
The walk will be designed to be fairly gentle, but conditions in the forest are likely to be muddy and uneven. Please do wear sensible outdoor shoes. We hope the weather will be bright, but it could well also be cold; suitable layers to keep you warm are a must! We will be heading out even if it is a bit damp. If there is significant inclement weather, the event will still go ahead in the church nave with guided nature visualisations brought inside.
Booking through our Eventbrite link is essential as numbers are strictly limited.
Please cancel at least 48 hours before the event to receive a refund - as this means we have time to re-advertise your ticket.
